Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Will equipment be provided?
A. Some equipment will be available on the day (including
litter picker tools & gloves), but please
bring your own if possible.
Q. Do the litter picks meet Health &
Safety Regulations?
A. A Risk Assessment will be carried out at each venue to
identify any risks.
Q. Does the group have Public Liability
Insurance?
A. As we are a purely voluntary group, we are not able
to provide cover at this time.
Q. Are there any age restrictions for
volunteers?
A. Anyone from the age of 16 or over can attend - (under 16's
if suitably supervised).
Q. How long does a litter pick take?
A. This will depend on the number of volunteers and the size
of the area being cleaned.
